Orders $108 or more are shipped FREE (Best Way). Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges. Please provide a physical address for shipping (not a PO Box).

Embedded fonts are NOT supported
FLATTEN (convert) all text to OUTLINES
All files should utilize CMYK color mode (RGB will result in an unfavorable color shift)
Images should be CMYK and 300dpi or higher
Do NOT use rich black for text
Black text should be 0C 0M 0Y 100K (overprint is ok)
Maximum four color (rich) black value 40C 30M 20Y 100K
You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced in your order
Except where specified, include an 1/8" (.125") bleed on all sides

Templates can be found in the grey bar located at the bottom of products.
PROOFING
Once we receive your file, it will be reviewed, and if COMPLETE a .jpg proof will be sent via email by the end of the next business day. Hard copy proofs are not available. PLEASE PROOF YOUR FILE CAREFULLY. We can not be responsible for any errors not caught during the proofing stage!
The first proof is free. Each additional proof will incur a $5 fee. All artwork sent to us should be in its final stage and complete.
VARIATIONS
Gang-run printing aids in providing more cost-effective printing as multiple jobs on the same sheet reduce setup and production costs. We do NOT guarantee an exact color match. Color may vary from run to run due to the gang-run printing process and normal variations in manufacturer's ink, coatings, and stock. Surrounding jobs on the same sheet may affect the color. We cannot adjust ink densities for one job on a gang-run sheet; we must consider the overall sheet. Industry standards for gang-run printing accept a 15% color tolerance. If your order is color critical, we do not advise gang-run printing.
Image placement and cutting can vary +/- 1/16"; envelopes may shift up to 1/8".
TURNAROUND
Turnaround time begins only after you have PAID your balance in full, REVIEWED your proof, and give us the "OK to print". Turnaround time is based on business days. Business days are Monday - Friday. Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday, are NOT considered business days. OK's received after 2:OOpm PST will be treated as received the next business day. The printing process involves equipment that is subject to malfunctions and/or equipment failure. We will do everything we can to ensure that any production problems do not delay your order. However, production and delivery time are NOT CONTRACTUAL and, no turnaround time can be guaranteed. Please try to plan date-sensitive materials timely. We may be able to accommodate rush orders. This is dependent on current print schedules. Please email requests.

You may receive 10% over or under the quantity ordered. This is standard procedure in the printing trade.
CHANGES / CANCELLATION CHARGES
Please proof your file carefully. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after the "OK to print" has been received. Cancellations before the "OK to print" will incur a $25 fee.
REPRINTS / REFUNDS
We are human, and mistakes do happen. Mistakes and errors are not intentional nor planned. When you approach us with a complaint or request, please keep in mind that kindness and understanding will go far further than attacking and demanding. In the rare and unfortunate event your order is not produced to our standards, we may offer to reprint a portion or all of your order or refund a portion or all of your payment. This is decided based on our discretion. We do consider both sides and will be just and fair to the best of our ability.
