ALL ORDERS ARE PREPAY - no exceptions. 
All products on our website are offset printed unless specified. DELIVERY All orders $99 or below are delivered at a rate of $8.00. All orders $100 or more are shipped FREE via UPS. Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges. Please note we do NOT ship to PO Boxes. APPLICATIONS WE ACCEPT Illustrator up to CS5 (PREFERRED FORMAT): convert text to outlines Photoshop: minimum 300dpi Freehand up to MX (11.0): convert text to paths QuarkXPress: convert text to curves and save as .eps InDesign: convert text to outlines and save as .pdf EMBEDDED FONTS ARE NOT SUPPORTED. FILE REQUIREMENTS Images should be 300dpi or higher. Convert fonts to outlines/paths. If we receive artwork that has not been converted to outlines or paths your artwork will be rasterized. All of our full color products are printed in four color process, therefore, your file must be setup as CMYK. If your order is full bleed, provide an 1/8" bleed on all sides. Maximum four color black values are 40c 30m 20y 100k. Please do not use four color black text. You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced in your order.  PROOFING Once we receive your file it will be reviewed and if COMPLETE a .jpg proof will be sent via email by the end of the next business day. Hard copy proofs are not available. PLEASE PROOF YOUR FILE CAREFULLY. We can not be responsible for any errors not caught during the proofing stage! If you choose to skip the proof to expedite your order you are taking full responsibility for any and all errors with the final product. The first proof is free. Each additional proof will incur a $5 fee. All artwork sent to us should be in its final stage and complete. VARIATIONS We can not guarantee an exact color match due to gang run process and the normal variations in manufacturers ink or PMS books and ink color variations caused by paper stock. Image placement and cutting can vary +/- 1/16". TURNAROUND Turnaround time begins only after you have paid your balance in full, REVIEWED your proof and give us the "OK to print". Turnaround time is based on business days. Business days are Monday - Friday. Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days. OK's received after 2:OOpm PST will be treated as received the next business day. The printing process involves equipment which is subject to malfunctions and/or equipment failure. We will do everything we can to make sure that any production problems do not delay your order. However, production and delivery time are NOT CONTRACTUAL and no turnaround time can be guaranteed. Please try to plan date sensitive materials timely. We do not accept rush orders unless specified in product description. 10% +/- You may receive 10% over or under the quantity ordered. This is standard procedure in the printing trade. If you need an exact amount please notify us. CHANGES / CANCELLATION CHARGES Please proof your file carefully. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after the "OK to print" has been received. Cancellations before the "OK to print" will incur a $25 fee. REPRINTS / REFUNDS We are human and mistakes do happen. They are not intentional nor planned. Please keep in mind when you approach us with a complaint or request that kindness and understanding will go far further than attacking and demanding. In the rare and unfortunate event that your order is not produced to our standards we may offer to reprint a portion or all of your order or refund a portion or all of your payment. This is decided based on our discretion. We do consider both sides and will be just and fair to the best of our ability. CONTENT We are a Christian based company and refuse to print any questionable material, including any nudity, illegal or immoral activity.
